Our decaffeinated coffee is processed using the Swiss Water method.

The Swiss Water process uses water from the coastal mountains of British Columbia to gently wash and remove 99.9% of the caffeine without using any chemicals.

It has a full bodied flavour with a rich dark chocolate finish.
